We are a non-profit foundation providing group support to parents and wards of children and adolescents diagnosed with cancer.

Our Mission

To provide support to parents with sick children diagnosed with cancer by providing access to medical information, emotional support and helping them with needed resources for their child.

Parent Support Group

Meet other parents with children also diagnosed with cancer and find encouragement and emotional support

Provides a safe space for listening and comfort during one-one-one sessions

Blood Donations for kids

Blood donated will go towards the children on the UWI Hospital Paediatric ward battling cancer

Accepting In-Kind Donations

All non-monetary donations will go towards parents and their sick children on the UWI Hospital Paediatric Ward

They Are Us Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with volunteers to deliver aid to parents in need of emotional, financial help while they care and support their sick children.

Our Partnerships

They Are Us Foundation has partnered with several organizations to support our efforts in helping families affected by childhood cancer in Jamaica. These partnerships include collaborations with the National Blood Transfusion Service and Epic Displays and Fabrications.

Donate your time

Become A Volunteer

Volunteer your time to help with our Parent Support Group project by being a support peer to any parents who are in need of support during this difficult process of helping their children fight cancer.

Also, you can help with our donations project where we accept in-kind (non-monetary) donations. These donations go towards parents and their sick children to help them during their stay at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
